Alizee ([alize], full name — Alizée Jacotey; russian — Ализе; in French — Alizée) is a French singer who works in pop genres, pop-rock, electro-pop, dancer, philanthropist and producer. The sign of the zodiac is Lion.
Alize was born on August 21, 1984 in the city of Ajaccio (Ajaccio), on the coast of the island of Corsica (Corse). Lily's nickname. The origin of her name is associated with the French translation of the word "trade wind" (alizé). Her father is a computer specialist, his mother is an entrepreneur. Alize has a brother Johann, who is four years younger than her.
From an early age, the girl had a passion for music and dancing. Already at the age of four she danced well, and soon began to dance at the Corsican dance school Ecole du Spectacle Monique Mufraggi.
In 1995, Alize participated and won the competition, organized by the former French airline "Air Outre Mer" (now Swissair). A successful start to her career did not leave the young singer without rewards. On November 17, 2000, Alize received her first music award in the "Opening of the Year" nomination according to the version of the M6 television channel.
On November 28, 2000, the first official studio album of a young singer named "Gourmandises" ("Delicacies") was released, which was a huge success in France and later throughout Europe and some East Asian countries, thanks in part to the hit "Moi ... lolita" Alize public as Lolita, "able to melt the hearts[ru] of many men."
